If you have been thinking about moving into a bigger home everything sounds great in the beginning!

However, the thought of a higher house payment, more furnishings, and the current economic conditions it is a big commitment, and it could start to feel overwhelming. At this stage, you’ve probably been in your house for a few years and you have it fixed up just the way you like.

You are very comfortable with the mortgage payment, and neighbors, and through your kid’s eyes, they are happy.. But at the same time you know it’s time for the bigger home, bedroom count, pool, and entertaining, and it’s all for the right reasons. Maybe you have gone to celebrate with some friends in their new home in a community you really like.

But you haven’t moved forward yet. The good news is… this is normal. 🙂 I remind most people that no matter what the market conditions are there will always be some challenges, luckily there will always be opportunities also. However, the biggest hurdle in this journey is not financial or the process.

It usually comes with the responsibility of being parents and making sure it’s the “right” move at the right time for your family! Well if this sounds familiar, congratulations, you are halfway there and the 2nd half is more fun but could be a little stressful.

Luckily, I have had the honor of serving over 1100 families through this journey. I know how easy it is to get stuck in the process but I also know how to help you move forward in a very comfortable way. 🙂

I put together a signature guide called the “2nd Story Process”. Feel free to download it and give it a read.

I would like to hear your thoughts.
