And 3rd, what do we foresee for 2024? You know, real quickly in the neighborhood, we finished off with 29 closed sales in San Joaquin Hills. And you compare that to the last ten years in a row, we’ve averaged between 56 and 58. So whenever we have about a 50% reduction in sales, it does create some opportunities, but it also creates some challenges there. Well, what are those challenges for the homeowners here?
