Being a parent could be stressful when moving.😲

John and Melissa had been wanting a bigger home for a long time. Their current house was too small for their growing family, and it felt like they were always on top of each other. They dreamed of having more space, more bedrooms, and even a pool to splash around in.

However, they found it difficult to take the first step towards making their dream a reality because the process always started to feel overwhelming.👨🏻‍👩‍👧‍👦

The thought of the financial commitment, including a higher mortgage payment and the cost of buying new furniture, made them anxious. They felt like they were standing at the edge of a cliff, unsure if they had the courage to jump.

🤷‍♂️ As parents, they felt the huge responsibility to ensure that any move they made was right for their family. They loved their current home and had invested much time and effort into making it their own. They had a great relationship with their neighbors, and their kids were happy and settled in their school.

However, despite all this, they knew that their family had outgrown their current space. They spent hours scrolling through online listings and imagining themselves in beautiful new homes with plenty of room to spread out. They even felt a little envious of friends who recently moved into their own dream homes.

A friend recommended my guide that helped them navigate the process, and they contacted me to discuss it. They began to see a path forward and, five months later, they were in their new home.🤲

After helping over 1100 families through this process, I am still humbled when given the trust to help families move forward.   Thanks, John and Melissa for “trusting the journey” and a big Congrats! 😎
