Even though home values are still very high many homeowners will not place their home for sale for reasons such as:  Where will I go, my current rate is 3.2%, so much uncertainty in the economy and this adds to the inventory shortage. So why would anybody sell their home now?

Todd & Cheryl are originals and after 24 years they thought they would never leave. But they got pulled into the market by a “new stage in life” and that happens during any market conditions. Their daughter went to Boston University, graduated, and got a great new job there. Met a great local young man, married, and now expecting their 1st child. Todd & Cheryl were very happy but the reality quickly set in on what the future looked like being on the opposite coast.

Cheryl is 62 and decided to retire early and Todd could work a few more years remotely and off they went to the East Coast. Now, their move had nothing to do about the market conditions but it was the start of the moving journey.

Then they had to do a deep dive into evaluating the market conditions and all their options. Signs are starting to show that the market is always cyclical and for the last 10 years the market has been doing all the heavy lifting and now strategy matters more than ever. My message today is if you are being pulled into the market I want to share some thoughts and strategies that are very specific to today’s market conditions.

Todd and Cheryl and I are very excited for the dollar we were able to capture for them and wishing much happiness. I look forward to hearing your story and until we meet you take care.

I would love to hear your thoughts down below.
