You know, we have been seeing what we call the grey wave. It’s been building and it’s been coming for quite a while, and it’s mainly due, here in Laguna Niguel, because of the demographics of the city and a lot of the developments that were just built over the last 30 years. Now, when I talk to most people over the last 7 or 8 years, they talk about their home. They’ve been there several years and raised the kids. Kids are on their own and now it’s just them two and life is changing.
This chapter we commonly refer to as the empty nesters and many choose to downsize at that time. However, it’s not as easy as it sounds, and I have found that one of the main reasons is that you are finally at a point where you have endless possibilities, and when you start thinking about them all, it just becomes overwhelming. Let’s discuss a P.L.A.N.
