These last few years have been full of the excitement, anxiety, and drama of a blockbuster action movie but without an obvious hero.

Now, we are all waiting for the sequel to see who emerges victorious.

Are home values decreasing?  In some sectors YES and in some NO.

Are mortgage rates affecting values?  YES, It has definitely made it difficult for homebuyers to move forward. Interestingly enough in many price ranges, the values have stopped appreciating but have held on to the previous gains.
