Simply, you are uprooting your family and moving to another location. Just like the caveman did back in the day and I am sure he got resistance from his family & friends but it needed to be done for one reason or another.

As a parent, you may feel that your current home just is not going to meet your family’s needs in the coming years.? You may also think you have time because your kids are so young. That is normal, but what is also normal is having weeks, months and years go by and never having time to take any action. Yes, time goes by fast.

If this sounds familiar, I urge you to have a sit-down conversation with your spouse and ask yourselves a question. Is your current home and community a perfect fit for where you want to raise your kids for the next 15 years?  If the answer is yes…fantastic!

If the answer is no, I would suggest your next step. Just get a simple notepad out and start writing down what you want your future housing and community needs to look like for the future. Write, dream, and see where it takes you.
